The cover design for the old and the new went through several revisions before the final version was chosen. Producer Geoffrey Silver says, “it became immediately clear on hearing Isabelle practicing and registering her arrangement of the Prokofiev, that a duotone cover simply wouldn’t do.” Luckily the School had repainted the case since I played the instrument, and that presented a fantastic opportunity to align the color of the sound of the disc with the look of the instrument.”
